Overview and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KrewLink. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and the applicable Cancellation, Refund, Customer, Crew, Studio, and Equipment Policies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use KrewLink. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Role of the platform
KrewLink is a marketplace that connects customers with independent crew members, studio owners, and equipment owners. Providers are independent businesses or individuals, not KrewLink employees or agents. KrewLink does not itself perform crew services, operate studios, or own the equipment listed.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed through KrewLink's supported payment methods. Cancellation and refund amounts are governed by the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Provider obligations
Providers listing crew services, studios, or equipment must comply with the relevant Crew Policy, Studio Policy, or Equipment Policy, including accurate listings and honoring confirmed bookings.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by providing false information, circumventing payments to book or pay outside KrewLink, harassing other users, or posting unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
Intellectual property
The KrewLink name, logo, and platform software are owned by KrewLink and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you upload (photos, portfolio work, reviews) remains yours, but you grant KrewLink a license to display it on the platform to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
KrewLink provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings or the conduct of users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KrewLink's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid to KrewLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify KrewLink against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Termination
KrewLink may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, the applicable policies, or for conduct that harms other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of KrewLink is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KrewLink after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
